We have built a whole industrial chain from plastic raw material to engineering, researching and developing, mold manufacturing, injection molding, vinyling, sewing, spraying, printing and painting.
We have forty R&D engineers with more than five years in the industry. With the advanced computer technology and personnel′s software, we can design engineering R & D. We have also equiped the facilities working for customers from partten, structural design, model producing to the mold development with a series of complete solution. Combined with the demand of market, nine series products have successfully been developed: Electronic LED series, electronic audible series, spring doll series, money-saving box series, keychain series, intellectual toy series, school supplies series, plush toys series, bath products series, gifts & Premiums series. Over 500toys to choose from.

Hongfeng brothers plastic products Factory. Provides "One-stop Shop" services from design to production to merchandizing, featuring personalized professional services tailored-made to meet our clients′ marketing needs and objectives.

We have Roto machine: 30; Pad printing Machines: 30,; Injection Machines between 55-250 ton: 15; Sewing machine: 28; Blister pack machine: 3; Assembling seat: 450, 9lines; Spray Seats: 100, 7 lines; Mashing production line: 2; Sewing machine: 28; Sonic machines: 2; Welding machines: 2; , oil stove: 1; QC inspection machine: Batch.
We are equipped with offices in Hong Kong, Guangzhou and a factory with 6560sq. Metres cover area and over 1, 000 staffs in Shenzhen in order to fulfil our production needs.
In our Guangzhou office, we have our management team with ambition and patience awaiting for your enquiry and following your orders.
In our Shenzhen factory, we have a vast variety of equipment and skilful labours to ensure the products finished in high quality and safety-proven.

The material available for these items are: Polyresin, Ceramic by casting; PVC, PP & PE by injection molding or blow molding and PVC by rotary casting for vinyl products. The dimensions available are suggested sizes, it can be adjusted according to your requirements.
